We are looking for highly motivated with a must win attitude candidates that are willing to learn new skills pertaining to the RV industry. Basic computer, writing and organization skills are preferred. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include:

• Fielding service calls
• listening and recording customer concerns
• taking detailed notes to allow technicians to understand and diagnose /fix customer concerns.
• Setup pickup and drop-off appointments
• Walk around drop-offs and pickups and explain work performed
• gather a hands-on point of view of concerns at drop off
• Provide follow up with customers whose unit we have for extended amounts of time.
• 40 hrs + a week 8:30-5
