RV Service Writer Career at All Seasons RV in Streetsboro, Ohio

We are looking for highly motivated with a must win attitude candidates that are willing to learn new skills pertaining to the RV industry. Basic computer, writing and organization skills are preferred. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include:

Fielding service calls
listening and recording customer concerns
taking detailed notes to allow technicians to understand and diagnose /fix customer concerns.
Setup pickup and drop-off appointments
Walk around drop-offs and pickups and explain work performed
gather a hands-on point of view of concerns at drop off
Provide follow up with customers whose unit we have for extended amounts of time.
40 hrs + a week 8:30-5
